I’m adept at aligning companies in joint-development models, defining responsibilities, interfaces and integration. My work involves modernising monolithic designs — ensuring scalability, reusability and debuggability — and balancing technical requirements with business needs to deliver high-performance systems.
With a proven track record in Agile, I’ve created and managed teams of 20+ people, introducing processes that streamlined operations and enhanced productivity. I’ve supervised sprints, developed dashboards and KPIs, and fostered continuous improvement through mentoring, cross-functional collaboration and transparency. From backlogs and sprint coordination to large-scale Agile transformations, my goal is to leverage Agile to drive business value.
